Debbie was a very special and likable girl who enjoyed life to the full. As well as being a family friend she was a true lover of Ford Pops and will be greatly missed amongst all her friends at Avon Park. Words cannot express our sorrow and sadness.  All our sympathies to our close friends Bob and Carole, Fiona and Simon. She will always be in our thoughts and memories last for life!

My heartfelt sympathy goes to Bob, Carole & the family.

Paul Wright.

Wow, I'm gutted. My positive energy goes to Bob and Carole who have remained firm friends since I returned from Canada in 1992! I knew Debbie as the bright soul she was and I'm now sad. Remember that energy doesn't die and she will be grinning. Stay strong and I'm sending love & light from across the miles-cope well my friends. Thinking of you.

Smax and family

I found Debbie a charming and friendly girl, hugely keen and enthusiastic for the outlaws. The loss of a life is always tragic, but so much more so when she and her family are your friends. Bob, Carol and family, my thoughts are with you.

We were stunned to learn of Debbie's life being cut so tragically short. Our paths only crossed a few times at the track so I can't say I was lucky enough to know her very well but I do know she was loved and respected by the drag racing community and her friends & family alike. Debbie, a true smiler and someone who naturally brightened the darkest of days. Our thoughts are very much with Bob, Carole, Fiona, Simon and those that loved and miss Debbie. God Bless.

We are deeply shocked and saddened by the loss of Debbie. Debbie was the most pleasant girl you could ever meet, as everyone has said she was always cheerful, she made all of us happy in her presence. Debbie loved the Outlaw Anglia class and the sport in general. We know she played a big part in keeping Bob's car racing, and spent a lot of ungodly hours working on the car for him. Bob was always proud to announce at the track of the work she had carried on the car. Anyone would be proud of her as a daughter. Her smile and memories of her will always be with us. My sincere sympathies to Bob, Carole and family. I truly understand and feel for them at this very sad time. Debbie will always be in our hearts.

I would like to give my sincere thoughts to Debbie's Family. I never had the pleasure of meeting Debbie personally, but did learn over time that, she had enormous courage and bravery to drag racing with the help of her father Bob. I spent some time in the Outlaw Anglia's and my only regret with this class, is that I never got round to meeting this special person. Debbie, You will always be remembered and stay in our Hearts.

Gary Malin   (Ex outlaw)

I didn't actually know Debbie personally, but the smile in the crash helmet told a thousand stories, all I can remember of Debbie is the enthusiasm and love she had for our class and us, God bless Debbie.
